The business in the Middle East keeps growing steadily:
l 2024, Aramco Stadium, Saudi Arabia, the first kick-off project among the 15 newly-built stadiums for the FIFA World Cup 2034.
l 2025, King Fahd Sports City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the main stadium of the 2027 AFC Asian Cup and FIFA World Cup 2034.
l 2026, Jeddah Tower, Saudi Arabia, Jinggong further secured the contract for the main steel structure work above the 120th floor, which means it has now fully undertaken the supply and erection of the entire steel structure of the Tower
Moreover, in early 2017, Jinggong Steel International constructed the two main stadiums of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, Lusail Stadium and Al Rayyan Stadium. Lusail Stadium was featured on Qatar’s 10 riyal banknote, marking the first time “China Built” appeared on Qatari currency.

In 2015, the Hong Kong Passenger Clearance Building for the HK–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge project was the first large public building adopting Jinggong’s modular construction. In 2020, Jakarta International Stadium in Indonesia became the first overseas project to adopt the retractable roof system of Jinggong. l Jinggong Industrial set up a business center in Europe and won the first European project, Haitian Group Ruma Industrial Complex Phase II in Serbia.
l ABC Building Systems (China) established a branch in Vietnam, enhancing its exploration in Southeast Asia.
l Anhui Branch of Changjiang Jinggong Steel secured the contract for the SLP Industrial Park project in Mexico, opening a new chapter in the North American market.
Between 2025 and 2026:
l Jinggong Construction Technology established its Uzbekistan subsidiary and secured the country’s first EPC project — the Kangheng Uzbekistan Qashqadaryo Region Project.
l Jinggong Steel International won the bid for the BDO Bank Office Building with a contract value of USD 218 million (approximately CNY 1.551 billion), setting a new record for the largest single steel structure subcontract in the Group’s history.
In addition, Jinggong keeps expanding its footprint across the African market, having undertaken landmark projects including Talanta Stadium in Kenya and the New Bugesera International Airport in Rwanda.

The internationalization of Jinggong can be traced back to 2005, when it became the first Chinese enterprise to obtain Japan’s H Grade steel fabrication certification and entered the Japanese steel structure market. In 2010, the head office of international business was established. After that, Jinggong successfully left its mark in the world, including Australia (8 Chifley Square, Sydney, in 2011), Brazil (Urea Fertilizer Nitrogen Plant 3, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Brazil, in 2012), North Africa (Baraki Stadium, Algiers, Algeria, in 2013), and Bangladesh (BRAC University New Campus, Dhaka, in 2019). It has also accumulated extensive experience in international general contracting management through landmark projects, including the Hong Kong International Airport T2C project, with a cumulative contract value of HK$1.235 billion.
